Why do I receive the error message: ‘artwork is too short’ or ‘increase size, long side must be at least’ while uploading an artwork to PrArtist?
This is due to the ratio of pixels. Our ratio 1.4:1 means that the short side of a file needs to be multiplied by 1,4 to get correct proportions. For example, if the short side is 1000px, then the long one should be 1400px. Therefore, please adjust the size of your file to meet our technical requirements. Also, please be sure that the short side of your file is at least 2900 px. If this doesn't fix the issue, please contact us ‘here’ and send us the file as well as a screenshot of the error message you received so that we can help you further.
